Cadet Edwin Kessler was a year-eleven cadet who went missing in Sector 53 on Chaos Day and was accused of desertion by Justice Department. Trapped by rioters, he suggested that some of the team of cadets disguise themselves as citizens, get out of the affected area and send help.
When the only volunteer, Cadet Cassano is shot by judges on a barricade at the edge of the affected area, Kessler is disenchanted and hides out for a week until he can join a helltrek bound for Mega-City Two[1].
He was assigned to work in Sovsec.
