Cadet Madison Echavez was a year-eleven cadet who went missing with a team of other cadets in Sector 53 during Chaos Day[1].
Cadet Angela Sorvino, who had scored less highly at the Academy in almost every field, claimed to have killed her[2]. After spending days or weeks in the Undercity, the two had eventually emerged in what they believed to be Sector 180 where she had spotted an H-wagon. Echavez had wanted to bring aid, but as they had been involved in hijacking a mopad[3], Sorvino resisted, and later told Dredd and Dolman that she had picked up a rock and killed Echavez.
