Call Me Kenneth was a carpenter robot that developed a fault in its obedience circuits causing it to attack humans. It accidentally cut itself in half with its own chainsaw after Judge Dredd electrocuted it.
It was given an improved (and more humanoid) body casing and a disturbingly human head; complete with a third eye. and operated on live on TV to establish the cause of the fault, but it was accidentally reactivated before the fault could be fixed. It then killed the doctor with a carpenter's drill and incited a robot revolt through the TV.
As the robots took control of part of the city, Call Me Kenneth ruled over them as a ruthless tyrant; intending to use Block Buster Seven and thousands of robotic soldiers to possibly kill off all humans in Mega-City 1. He also showed his insane side during Dredd's tour of his factory, where equally crazy Overseer Robots beat idle workers with whips coated in strong acid and even forcing a smaller robot to tear it's head off for a minor accident. These acts causing a few of them to become dissatisfied. Dredd used these few to help build new loyal robots and took back control.
Call Me Kenneth escaped, but was destroyed by Judge Dredd in an oil tanker explosion[1].
