Synopsis[]
Probe is on loan to the US, investigating the disappearance of military aircraft in an area of the Caribbean known as The Devil's Triangle. When his plane is brought down by a strange submersible designed to look like the Capitol building in Washington, his body is pulled from the water and taken aboard the submersible for examination. The ship is being run by a mad scientist named Adolf Kemper. Probe escapes, thwarts various attempts to kill him, disintegrates Kemper with his own weapon, and destroys the submersible.[2].
