H-wagons, short for "hover wagons" were the standard Mega-City One Judicial transport.

Block Mania Game

Upon drawing an H-Wagon card, the H-wagon marker must be placed on any Open Air square. If all H-Wagon markers are in use, the card has no effect. The H-Wagon is armed with Cyclops lasers, which have a +6 damage modifier and unlimited range. In each combat round it must shoot in the following order of priority:

• blockers with deployed heavy weapon;
• blockers which have fired any sort of weapon;
• any armed blocker;
• the closest blocker.
