Sinister tries to get across the state line but found out that Loeb was in charge of the local mob.

Sinister met with Frontal to make a deal.

Sinister started carrying out his end of the bargain by eliminating Frontal's rivals.

Having worked his way through the list of Frontal's rivals, Frontal tried to get Sinister to kill his case worker.
Part Five[5][]
Sinister refused to kill his case worker and had to wipe out Frontal's gang. He left the city, followed by Vanya.
