The Isle of Dogs was an area of London which was located in the Docklands. They were blitzed during the 1999 Volgan occupation of the United Kingdom. Bill Savage made his hide-out for the Mad Dogs there[1].

The hideout was discovered by Sload through informers, and the Mad Dogs were forced to break out[2].

At one point the British Resistance headquarters were based in the areaIsle of Dogs [3].
