Judge-Sergeant Charlie Joyce was an Emerald Isle judge who was assigned to work with Judge Dredd in 2113.
Most nights he would go drinking, if his wife would let him[1].
His son, Judge Fintan Joyce, left the Emerald Isle to become a Mega-City One Judge[2].
