Synopsis[]
The Volgans have constructed a tunnel under the English Channel to bring in supplies. Savage and Silk have been ferried down from Scotland to thwart their plans. They cross the Channel on a fishing boat, but they are spotted by a Volgan helicopter which Savage then shoots down. In France they pretend to be taken prisoner with the help of a local Resistance fighter and a stolen Volgan uniform. The Volgans take them through the tunnel as part of the convoy, but part-way through, Savage and Silk make their move. They take control of a Jump-Jet and fire missiles at the tunnel roof. As the tunnel collapses, they fly the jet into the hole and use their ejector seats to fire themselves up to the surface of the water.[1]
