A stranded motorist flags down a passing policeman with a far-fetched tale of a car with a mind of its own.
Synospsis[]
A police car is flagged down on a woodland road by a desperate-looking man. The man is Dorey of the Dorey-Mitchell Car Design team. He and his partner have been working on a project alongside Prof. Fenton, a computer expert. They managed to build a Ferrari that not only drives itself, but also thinks for itself too. When Mitchell came back from its initial test-drive, the car had electrocuted him. The car then drove at the professor, killing him, while Dorey escaped across rough terrain where the car couldn't follow. The policeman gets back in his car to hear a voice talking on the radio. His car then comes alive, traps his legs in the door, and electrocutes him. The Ferrari then turns up, having used its radio to tell the police car how to free itself from human bondage. The ferrari runs Dorey down, and the two cars head off to find more victims.[1]
