Krong [1] is a Judge Dredd story which appeared in 2000AD Prog 5. This is the first appearance of Dredd's housekeeper, Maria.
Synopsis[]
The president of Sensor-Round is found murdered. Within the next few days the managing director and accountant are also murdered. A voice-print reveals the curator of a museum was present at the most recent murder. Dredd rides to the museum to arrest the curator but is batted away by a huge robotic gorilla. As his firepower is powerless against the robot, Dredd instead rides his lawmaster into the robot's gullet[1].
