Synopsis
When Dredd took down a murder gang, one of the captured perps tried to get time off his sentence by ratting out the gang leader, Mr Buzzz. Dredd reduced his 40 year sentence by a single day, and went after Mr Buzzz. Mr Buzzz turned out to be an eyeless mutant who could 'see' by listening to the echoes of his constant buzzing, like a bat. Dredd burnt down the hotel Buzzz was holed up in, but he escaped. Dredd captured him after deafening him with explosive bullets[1].
