Phlegmentine Helstrom was a mutant who, with her husband Pucas and three children, was hijacked by a team of year-eleven cadets who had been trapped in Sector 53 on Chaos Day. The famly were abandoned and believed to have been killed by a mob of rioters by Sorvino[1].
