This prog continued the ongoing stories of Dan Dare, Flesh, Harlem Heroes and Invasion. Judge Dredd had a single-episode story which included the first reference to 'Mega-City One'. M.A.C.H.1 continued on from its introductory two-part story with the first of a sequence of 24 single-part stories.

The Ramon Sola cover was from the Flesh story. Nearly half the cover was given over to publicising the free gift - a 'survival wallet' that enabled the user to decode secret messages that would appear over the next few weeks.

There was also a back-cover Futuregraph poster of Mega-City One. This was taken from an unpublished Judge Dredd pilot episode with art by Carlos Ezquerra.



Sub-Editor Mark IV spelt two words wrong, tried to escape and was disintegrated by Tharg.
