Roderick Taylor was a failed Academy of Law applicant and founder of The Jimps Club. As he suffered from Pungsten's Lungwort as a Juve he was not considered suitable to become a Judge .
He went on to become a Jimp , operating alone and pretending to patrol the block but eventually became more organised, forming The Jimps Club to join with other Jimps, monitor Justice Department radio and infiltrate the Judge's ranks.
He was caught by Dredd when Lyle joined him on a Stookie bust, lost control and gave them away[1].
