Rogan (Invasion character) was a former Flying Squad mechanic. He left to work at a garage rather than work for the Volgans.
He witnessed Sload beating up an informer and alerted Bill Savage that the Mad Dogs hideout on the Isle of Dogs had been discovered just before Volgan forces and patrol boats surrounded the hideout. He souped up some captured Volgan cars to help Savage escape, but died when a cannon crew damaged his car. He took out Sload in the process[1].
