The Statue of Liberty was a huge statue on an island to the East of Mega-City One. In 2099 it was joined by the Statue of Judgement. On the day of the unveiling of Judgement, the perp Ringo was shot by Judge Joe Dredd and impaled on one of the crown spikes of Liberty[1].
Wyatt sailed past the Statue of Liberty at the end of the Trans-Atlantic Race[2].
In 2121 the Statue of Liberty was considered a monument to the mistakes of the past and was a focus of political activism[3].
