Synopsis[]
As people are protesting about bread rations, Volgan tanks are sent in to deal with them. Savage & Silk pounce on the final tank in the convoy, comandeer it, and fire on the others. They take out two others before they have to run away, escaping into the sewers. Back at HQ, the Brigadier tells them to cut of the Volgan fuel supplies, they must blow up a supertanker moored next to an oil refinery. After learning to skindive, Savage dives down with Silk to plant limpet mines on the ship. They are spotted, however, and they have to fight off a couple of Volgan divers. A third diver has disabled the mines, but hasn't spotted them so Savage knocks him out. He plants their last mine on the diver's scuba tank and escapes. When the diver comes to, he climbs back on board the ship. The mine on his back explodes, destroying the tanker and the refinery[2].
