A number of judges in Sector 28 went futsie, shirking their duties and dancing, vandalising the sector house, killing technicians at Moonray Tower, cadets joyriding in Pat Wagons, streaking through shopping malls.
Part Two[2][]
Almost every judge in the sector has gone futsie. Two hundred were holed up in the Sector House. After Dredd breaks the siege 70 judges have been executed and 150 were in kook cubes.
