Once the necessary authorisation papers ae obtained, a person's face can be altered in minutes in one of the face booths using instant genetic surgery and the latest synthi-flesh techniques. The New You's only failure was Otto Sump. After eight face changes, it was realised that his problem was more than skin deep, he was deep down ugly.[2].
