Umak Malaparte was a cyborg responsible for a baby farming racket which resulted in human flesh being served in restaurants. When discovered by a team of cadets, he tried first to shoot his way out, and when that failed tried to download his intelligence, personality and financial details on to a black box. Anderson destroyed the box[1]. He owned a number of restaurants:
